RA Smith adjusted numerous utilities across Sydney CBD and Surry Hills, completing work packages under full road closures within tight timeframes.

Water Installation

30+ adjustments and relays, DN600 to DN100.

Sewer Installation:

25 main adjustments and MH rebuilds, 4m–7m deep.

Stormwater Installation

2.6km DN1800–DN375 RCP pipes and 130 pits.

Electrical and CSR:

2.2km lighting conduits, 8km CSR conduits, and 190 pits.

Upper South Creek Advanced Recycling Centre

RA Smith Contracting partnered with John Holland to deliver 15.4km of treated water and brine pipelines from Kemps Creek to Cabramatta.

Corrimal Coke Works Sewer

R A Smith Contracting was engaged by Legacy Property to undertake Sydney Water’s requirements for the realignment of existing sewer infrastructure, as well as to address the extensive preparatory activities necessary for future development.

RA Smith realigned a section of the Balmain Slopes Sewer, completing deep excavation and micro-tunnelling in a densely populated area on time with minimal disruption to residents.
