Upgrading of sewers and stormwaters. Separation of combined sewer / stormwater connections in Chippendale – Ultimo area in inner Sydney City. Since early colonial days combined sewer / stormwater systems have allowed raw sewage to flow into Blackwattle Bay and Sydney Harbour.
